I recently heard that the photographer, Philip Jones Griffiths, is giving what will be his last public appearance, this week. Griffiths was responsible for the most iconic photos from the Vietnam war, publishing his work in several books, including Vietnam Inc. with an introduction written by the legendary Noam Chomsky. Griffiths is probably the greatest war photographer of the twentieth century.
